West Georgia Mobile Hydraulics, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Michael L. Casey, Sr. as a service company specializing in cranes and lube equipment. At its beginning, WGMH was a one-man mobile operation. As the company's service business grew, WGMH started selling new equipment.
WGMH became a distributor for Warn Industries in 1995. Several years later, WGMH became a distributor for Maintainer Corporation. Just a few years after becoming a Maintainer distributor, WGMH was recognized by Maintainer as the #1 Dealer in the US in Sales. WGMH became a distributor for Auto Crane in 2000. As sales began to boom, the company kept service its top priority.
West Georgia Mobile Hydraulics, Inc. is built on word-of-mouth and repeat business. WGMH has a reputation for superior service beginning with the quotation of a new truck. At WGMH, salespeople discuss what the unit will be used for and assess the customer's needs before making equipment recommendations. We focus on getting the customer what he needs rather than selling what we have in stock. At West Georgia Mobile Hydraulics, Inc., we believe that if our customers are successful, we will be successful. This philosophy shows in every aspect of our business.
After helping the customer select the equipment he needs, we do everything possible to keep that equipment in top working condition. We sell parts and accessories for all of our equipment. Our certified crane inspectors inspect units yearly, making maintenance recommendations and ensuring that customers' units are operating safely and properly. WGMH offers OSHA crane operator training so that mechanics are familiar with their equipment and proper safety procedures. At WGMH, we truly consider ourselves experts in crane safety for mechanics' service cranes.
Finally, when a customer has gotten all the use he can out of a body, we are happy to help him find a buyer for the used body. We hope that the customer will use the money he receives for the used body toward buying his next body from West Georgia Mobile Hydraulics, Inc., and when he does, he will receive the same level of service throughout the life of that body. We can help the customer with all of his truck needs from finding a part to repairing his equipment to designing a Custom-Built Body specific to his individual requirements. We find that this type of customer service results in long business relationships that are profitable for both us and our customers.
