- I would like more information about a product. Who should I contact?
Just call West Georgia Mobile Hydraulics, Inc. at 770-459-2998 and we will direct you to the individual who can best help you.
- I am having a technical problem with my equipment. What do I do?
Call Michael, our Service Manager at 770-459-2998. He is extremely knowledgeable and can help you troubleshoot your technical problems. If more help is needed than we can give over the phone, you can schedule a service appointment at our facility, or we can come to you.
- I need a Custom-Built body for a very specific task. Can you help me?
Certainly. We custom-build products to our customers' specifications. Call Sales Manager Tony Ashley or General Manager Hildred Robinson at 770-459-2998. They will ask you what you plan to do with the unit and what your requirements are, and they will make recommendations and get you an estimate based on your individual needs.
- Where are you, and how can I get there?
We are located just off I-20 in Villa Rica, Georgia. Take Exit 26. If you are coming from Atlanta, turn left off the exit. If you are coming from Birmingham, turn right off the exit. Turn right onto Edge road in front of the Wilco Hess gas station. You will come to a three-way stop. Go straight. We are the third metal building on the right. You'll see lots of service trucks outside. If you prefer to find us using Mapquest or a similar site, our physical address is 98 Edge Road, Villa Rica, GA 30180. Call us at 770-459-2998 if you get lost, and we will be happy to redirect you.
- I just need a hydraulic hose made. Do you do that?
Absolutely. We keep the most commonly used Gates Hydraulic Hoses and Couplings in stock. Just bring in your old hose, and we should be able to make a new one for you very quickly. If you have questions, please call us at 770-459-2998.
- Do you offer a crane operator class?
Absolutely, we offer an OSHA Crane Operator training class. Call Hildred Robinson, our General Manager, at 770-459-2998. Hildred will tell you when and where our next class is being held. If you have a group of individuals who would like to receive the training, Hildred can also schedule a class at your location.
- I would like to get my crane inspected. How do I schedule an appointment?
Call Michael Casey, Jr., our Service Manager, at 770-459-2998. Michael will schedule an appointment for you. If you have several cranes that need to be inspected, Michael can also schedule inspectors to come to your location.
- I have a service body that is still in good condition, but the chassis it is mounted on is worn out. Is there a way to put the body on a new chassis?
We can do that. We are happy to remount your body on a new chassis. This saves you a great deal of money and greatly prolongs the life of your service body. Contact General Manager Hildred Robinson or Sales Manager Tony Ashley at 770-459-2998 to work out the details.
- I need to order a part. Who should I contact?
Call Parts Manager Jason Shipp at 770-459-2998. He can give you the price and availability for the part you need.
